I’ll be attending Blissdom, February 4-6 2010, Nashville, Tennessee, as part of the National Potato Board’s Tastemaker Campaign. We’re having an Iron-chef style cook off- who can mash the best potatoes? Ahhh, but you have to come to Opryland to see.
