So. We’re taking a hiatus from Mommy Like a Rock Star today, due to the stomach flu rampaging through my house and causing entirely too much laundry to be done. First W had it for 5 days, then tonight E sat straight up in bed and started hurling. Thank goodness we had Zofran on hand from the first round, so the poor kid can at least sleep.
But. we were leaving for Vegas on Friday morning for CES- now it seems more like I will be leaving, and Dan will hold down the fort- sad. But we can’t leave throw-uppy kids with my folks, that’s major league uncool.
Anyhoo. Back to our series just as soon as I’m coherent. I wish you all Purell.

So sorry your munchkins came down with the sauce. That Zofran is a lifesaver! We’ve had rounds of stomach flu sweep through here and that’s come in handy. Unfortunately we didn’t have it on hand Christmas Eve when our 2 yr old started the air and water show and then our 4 yr old began at 12:30 am New Years Eve! I hope you stay healthy for your trip.

I…with all necessary affection…refer to Youngest as Pukerella. She’s very talented at it. Even her old Girl Scout leader still refers to her that way!
