This song’s been haunting me for days. I was driving the first time I heard it, and had that fun hypnotic feeling I get when I KNOW it’s the first time I’ve heard a song, but it seems obvious that it’s my favorite. Just so familiar. I pictured it in a black and white Paris kind of way, ad was a little bit surprised by the bright, quick video. But it’s growing on me.
There’s actually a presentation on the video when I’m at SXSW IA in Austin in 2 weeks, and I may well have to go.. There’s one on Fleet Foxes “Winter Hymnal” too, and I think we all know how I feel about Fleet Foxes, LOL.
We’re supposed to have a rare freak March DC snowstorm tomorrow, which makes sense because I’m supposed to go to NY on Monday to see the fabulous Diane Birch. Why, universe, why? I’m crossing my fingers that the weather is spot wrong.
