Whew! School Fundraiser is complete…wish I drank beer.

Family Fun day is complete, and all of the food vendors I was in charge of showed. Thank you Baby Jesus. I had nightmares last night that Baja Fresh was a no-show and that…well, I don’t know what. That’s as far as that dream went. So far today, there has been no room for rock and roll…it was slinging pizza all day…which was actually really fun, it reminded me of my first job ever at Ledo Pizza. 

So let me post a PSA about a show on Friday the 13th. It’s Dan’s side project, the Bakerton Group, and it’s a benefit for Callum Robbins. Callum is a beautiful two year old who suffers from Spinal Muscular Atrophy, SMA. It’s the number one genetic killer of children under two. Callum is the son of J and Janet Robbins. J was in DC band of much acclaim Jawbox for many years, and now records bands, including both of Dan’s. To read more about Callum, check out J Robbin’s blog on my blogroll.
